What we collect

• Access request: name, email, optional phone and country, broker, experience, your message, and the IP address the request came from.
• Account: email, name, a salted hash of your password (never the password itself), the identifier and name of the computer your licence is linked to, the app version and when the app last checked in.
• Trading session summaries sent by the app: ticker, session start and end time, mode (live or simulation), broker, number of trades and the session's profit or loss. Individual orders, prices, positions, account numbers, balances and broker credentials are not sent.

Why

To decide on access requests, to deliver and protect the licence (one account, one computer), to support you, and to understand how the software performs in real use.

Who sees it

Only the administrator of Friend Strategy Trader. Emails are delivered through a transactional email provider. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

How long

Rejected requests are deleted after 12 months. Account and session data are kept while your access is active and deleted within 90 days after you ask us to close it.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at abdgubaka@outlook.com. Deleting your account ends your licence.
